Zoom is preferred as it is encrypted and suits the confidentiality requirements of counselling. This option may provide a solution if you; live in a remote location, are time poor, unable to get access to baby sitters, or simply enjoy the convenience online offers. Our first recommendation would be in-person counselling, as body language is a silent communicator and we are trained to notice any subtleties during our time with you, which may create a more in-depth experience.

Growing research is showing that simply being in nature has a positive effect on your physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being. Sessions in nature offer all the benefits of in-person counselling yet with the added healing effects of walking in the fresh air. Sitting at a park bench in the cool under the shade of a beautiful tree can also feel revitalising.
